These Terms and Conditions of Business define the relationship between our company, SC Sereni Capelli SRL, as seller and operator of the e-shop with web address www.serenicapelli.com, and you, our customer, who enters into a purchase contract with us.
We apply a uniform approach to all our customers and offer them the same benefits, whether they are consumers or not. Therefore, the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all our customers.
These Terms and Conditions primarily cover the purchase of products from our e-shop. They also apply to purchasing products using the customer hotline or visiting one of our partner stores.
You can enter into a purchase agreement with us either remotely via the e-shop or customer hotline or in person by visiting one of our partner stores or partner platforms.
In the case of a remote purchase agreement, the order – placed by submitting the order via the www.serenicapelli.com website or via the customer hotline – constitutes a draft agreement. The order will be valid for a period of 7 days and we will confirm receipt by e-mail. As a result, the purchase agreement will be concluded upon acceptance of the draft agreement by us in the form of delivery of the ordered products. We will inform you by e-mail about the dispatch of the products.
We deliver goods only in quantities that are customary for household consumption. In certain cases (particularly in the case of promotions or stock clearance), we reserve the right to fix the maximum quantity we can supply.
You have the right by law to withdraw from an agreement concluded on the internet or by telephone, without giving any reason, within 14 days of delivery of the products. In our company, any buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without any reason within 14 days after delivery of the products. The rule also applies to purchases made in our partner physical stores or partner platforms.

In the event of your withdrawal from the agreement, we will refund the purchase cost of unused products. If you withdraw within 14 days of delivery, the return costs will be borne by our company.
If the goods are defective on delivery, we can agree on compensation in the form of a voucher. You also have the right to ask for the defect to be rectified in the form of a replacement. In the event that rectification of the defect is impossible or impracticable for us, you have the right to claim a reduction of the purchase price and, if the defect is substantial, you may also withdraw from the purchase agreement.
Products will be considered defective in particular when they do not have the usual or presented properties, do not serve the purpose, do not comply with legal requirements or have not been delivered in the agreed quantity. Please note that increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered products cannot be considered as product defects. Also, deficiencies in gifts and other gratuities, which we provide beyond the scope of your order, cannot be considered defective. The pictures of the products in our shop are only illustrative and do not constitute a binding presentation of the properties of the goods (e.g. the packaging may be different due to a change implemented by the manufacturer).

We will inform you about the progress of your complaint, in particular about its receipt, acceptance or rejection, by e-mail or SMS. It is also possible to contact you by phone.
We will take a decision on the complaint without delay. The time taken to resolve the complaint, including removal of defects, usually takes from one day to 30 days. Otherwise, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. It is necessary that you. provide us with the necessary assistance to meet the above deadline.
You can select your payment and delivery method from the options we offer. We will notify you of the payment method selected and the costs involved before your order is dispatched.
At the moment, we accept payment on delivery and online payment by card through euplatesc.ro services.
We reserve the right to provide free delivery in certain cases.
We offer our customers various discounts, gifts and other vouchers. Their use is governed by certain rules, which will be communicated to the client individually in each situation. Unless otherwise stated, each discount or gift voucher may only be used once and only one voucher of the same type may be used in the same order. Unless otherwise specified, the rebates cannot be combined. If the value of the gift voucher exceeds the value of the purchase, the difference will not be transferred to a new voucher and the unused amount will not be refunded.
