Orders, delivery, payment and support rely on contract performance or pre-contract steps you request. Invoicing and statutory disclosures are legal duties. Security, fraud prevention and legal claims rely on legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Required fields are marked; without them we cannot fulfil orders. Purchases do not imply marketing consent; voluntary subscriptions are separate and can be withdrawn free of charge. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects on buyers.
Authorised staff and necessary hosting/email, invoicing (SmartBill), warehouse/fulfilment (HelpShip), courier and selected payment providers receive relevant data. Some act as independent controllers for their own duties. External services you choose, including WhatsApp, video and payment, also have their own notices. Where applicable, transfers outside the EEA use adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with supplementary safeguards; you may request details and copies of applicable safeguards.
Accounting records are kept for the statutory period, generally 5 years from 1 July following the financial year. Operational records are kept for fulfilment and normally up to 3 years for complaints or legal claims; disputes or special duties can require longer. Withdrawal declarations are retained for evidence and resolution. Account deletion may be requested without prematurely deleting mandatory records.
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object, subject to the legal conditions. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You can complain to ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro, or your competent local supervisory authority.

The shop uses functions necessary for shopping, requested login, security and chosen language. Google Analytics, advertising pixels and order-source tracking are disabled. Necessary storage does not require marketing consent.
After adding products, woocommerce_items_in_cart and woocommerce_cart_hash manage the cart and wp_woocommerce_session_* manages the session, normally up to 2 days. Requested login uses WordPress session cookies or up to 14 days with Remember me. The multilingual shop may store wp-wpml_current_language, normally one day. Cart local/session storage synchronises the cart. The server may use technical anti-abuse storage.
Clearing browser storage may clear your cart or login. External video/services open on the provider’s website only when you request them, under its policy. Any future optional tracking would require appropriate consent before activation.
