What guarantee do I have that this product works?

Sereni Capelli products are covered by a 30-day guarantee from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the results obtained by using our products for at least 15 days, you can contact us using the information on the CONTACT page and we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs.

Can I also use this product for my beard?

Yes, Sereni Capelli products can also be used for beards, but be careful not to swallow the product to avoid any discomfort. It should be noted that beard hair is very coarse and you may not get results as quickly as scalp hair. For this reason, please lower your expectations a little and be more patient.

Can I use this product if I am pregnant? What if I breastfeed?

Sereni Capelli products are made from safe ingredients, so they pose no risk to baby’s health.
They are also suitable for use during breastfeeding.

Can I use this product if I have recently had a hair implant?

If you have recently had hair implant surgery, we recommend that you wait at least 6 months before using Sereni Capelli products.

They contain alcohol and the implanted hair needs time to develop and strengthen its roots.

However, after 6 months after implantation, the use of our products may even be recommended, as they help to strengthen the hair and eliminate bacteria that can lead to hair loss.

I’m allergic to paint. Can I use these products?

You can use Sereni Capelli products instead of dye, without the risk of triggering an allergy.Sereni Capelli products contain neither dye pigments nor oxidants (PEROXID).

Although they restore hair to its natural colour, Sereni Capelli products have nothing in common with hair dye.

I have Psoriasis (or other skin disease), can I use this product?

The “Lozione” and “Crema – Forte” treatments contain alcohol.
Knowing the complexity of this disease called Psoriasis and other skin diseases, we do not recommend the use of treatments, even if no adverse reactions have occurred in any of the tests performed by the production team.

Intenso Gel” and “Shampoo” accelerators are even safer to use than treatments, but the use of these products must also be treated with great care.

I’m on medication. Can I use this product?

The use of Sereni Capelli products in conjunction with other treatments is not restricted, but you should bear in mind the following:

• If you use surface treatments such as oils, ointments, sprays… etc, do not use on the same surface as the “Lotion” or “Cream-Forte” treatments, as these treatments will most likely cancel each other out.
• The above restrictions do not apply to “Shampoo” or “Gel-Intenso” accelerators.
• In the case of ingestible medicines, there are no restrictions.
• Please note that some medications, such as “Aspirin” and “Paracetamol”, will diminish the effects of Sereni Capelli treatments by up to 40%.

I am a person allergic to several substances, can I use this product?

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF SERENI CAPELLI PRODUCTS FOR PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE ALLERGIES!

Sereni Capelli products do not contain ingredients that can cause allergies. However, it contains alcohol and can cause skin irritation, which in people who become allergic very easily, can turn into allergies.

People with multiple allergies or who become very easily sensitive or allergic to various substances can sometimes become allergic even to non-allergenic substances/ingredients. Therefore, for your safety, we do not recommend using these products.

However, if you really want to use our products, we recommend that you test very slowly before using them according to the instructions.

HOW DO WE RECOMMEND YOU PROCEED?

• First of all, please make sure you have the necessary medicine on hand to combat allergies should they occur.
• For your safety, please make sure that someone else is in the room with you to give you first aid if necessary, or to transport you to hospital in case of a severe allergy.
• Next, shake the bottle well, then put a very small amount of product on your forearm and spread with the tip of your finger over an area of 3-4cm.
• Wait a few hours and if nothing happens, repeat the same procedure on the scalp at the junction with the forehead.
• If there are no signs of allergy, you can apply to a larger area and repeat the process a minimum of 4 times at least 4 hours apart.
• If no allergies occur, but skin irritations do occur, consider how strong and how bothersome these irritations are to assess whether you will want to continue treatment.
• Skin irritation may occur in some people and is a normal process, but it will disappear after about 15 uses.
• It is very important to note the difference between skin irritation and allergy!

I don’t have white hair! Can I get the other benefits?

Yes! You can use Sereni Capelli products even if you don’t have white hair and enjoy all the other benefits.
Using Sereni Capelli products when you don’t have white hairs will prevent them from appearing.

I use this product and my scalp itches. Why?

If your scalp itches when you use Sereni Capelli treatments, it means that either the scalp contains microcracks and they are being repaired, or you have a colony of bacteria and they will be removed.

After about 2-3 weeks of using our treatments, the itching will disappear and the scalp will be completely healed.

When I use this product, my hair gets a bad smell. Why?

When you have rich hair, colonies of bacteria can build up in the scalp and even migrate to the hair.
Using Sereni Capelli products, these bacteria are attacked by the substances in our products and “fight back”.

As a result of the fight back of these bacteria, an unpleasant odour usually appears, especially shortly after application of the product.

It takes about 3 weeks for these bacteria to be removed and the smell to disappear.

After these 3 weeks, the smell should be almost completely gone, a sign that the bacteria have been removed.

In such cases we recommend that you continue to use the products according to the “treatment scheme” for a minimum of 5 weeks before switching to the “consolidation scheme”.

My skin is red and itchy. Why?

If your skin stings and turns red when you use Sereni Capelli treatments, you may have sensitive skin or suffer from a skin condition you don’t know about.
However, there is also the possibility that the skin of your scalp contains microcracks that need repair.

Our recommendation is to first make sure that apart from the initial stinging and redness of the scalp, there are no other effects on the skin.
If no other effects appear and the red colour disappears within 2-3 hours, this is a normal process and should disappear after about 15-20 uses, as the scalp becomes more resistant.

I use this product, but I don’t see any effect.

The chances of using Sereni Capelli treatments correctly, as instructed for 14 days and not noticing any improvement are less than 1 in 100,000.

More than 99% of reported inefficiencies were found to be caused by inappropriate use of treatments.

To ensure that you have used the treatment properly, please refer to the page of each product you use, where you will find the correct instructions for use.

If you’ve used the products correctly and you really don’t get results at all, you’re one of those rare people for whom the product just can’t work.

If you notice effects, but they are not the desired effects, you fall into one or more of the following situations:

• You have not respected the application times of the product.
• You have not used enough product.
• Do not shake the bottle well enough before use.
• You have not used the product for a sufficient period of time (normally, it is necessary to use the product according to the treatment schedule for 4-6 weeks without interruption).
