Return Policy

You have the right by law to withdraw from an agreement concluded on the internet or by telephone, without giving any reason, within 14 days of delivery of the products.

In our company, any buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without any reason within 14 days after delivery of the products. The rule also applies to purchases made in our partner physical stores or partner platforms.

In the event of your withdrawal from the agreement, we will refund the purchase cost of unused products. If you withdraw within 14 days of delivery, the return costs will be borne by our company.

The refunded amounts will be transferred to your bank account within 5 days after the return of the products.

1. It is necessary to ship the products immediately, no later than 5 days from the date of withdrawal.
2. Please note that you will be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the products as a consequence of handling them in any way other than as necessary to familiarise yourself with the nature, properties and functionality of the product (e.g. if you use a product even though you have already tried it). Please also note that you do not have the right to withdraw from the agreement in the case of products made to your requirements or customised products (e.g. custom engraved packaging), as well as in the case of opened and used products that cannot be return for hygienic reasons (e.g. if the product has been opened and you have used some of the cosmetic preparation that comes into direct contact with the skin).
