For distance purchases, notify withdrawal without a reason within 14 days of receiving goods; separate deliveries follow the legal rule for receiving the last goods. Use our online function, an unambiguous email declaration or the model below.
Dispatch returns within 14 days after notification. We cover standard return carriage; contact us to arrange transport and the return address without delaying your notification. Do not ship to the Italian manufacturer. Amounts due, including original standard delivery for full withdrawal, are refunded within 14 days after notification using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without charge. Where legally allowed, we may withhold until receipt of goods or dispatch evidence unless we offered to collect them.
The hygiene exception concerns sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery; it does not automatically exclude all cosmetics. For returnable goods, diminished-value liability concerns handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning. Non-conformity rights are separate.
